DELIVERIES:

"FREE DELIVERY" on all orders over £125.00 +vat.

We will delivery your order, within 1-2 working days of dispatch.

Order by 4pm and it is in our interest to dispatch that working day if possible. If due to high volumes of orders being received that day, then it will be dispatched the very next working day. Either way we want to ensure all our customers, that our service commitments to you are maintained to the very highest standards that you have come to expect from our team at The Builders Merchant Group Ltd

Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be treated as a Monday order, except for Bank holidays.

We pride ourselves on our fast delivery service, and we try to deliver all orders on our own transport. But, there are times that due to the high volumes of orders being received, that we get one of our very trusted transport companies to deliver your order on our behalf, still with the same level of service that we ourselves would give you.

Our deliver service covers most of UK Mainland Zones, but unfortunately there are areas/rural postcodes which we may struggle to cover, or they may have to be on an extended lead time. If your address is in one of the zones we struggle with, we will contact you.
