DELIVERIES:

 "FREE DELIVERY" on all orders over £100.00 +vat.

We will delivery your order, within 1-2 working days of dispatch.

Order by 4pm and we will dispatch your order that working day if possible. If due to high volumes of orders being received that day, then it will be dispatched the very next working day. It is in our interest as well to dispatch your order ASAP, so we want to ensure all our customers, that our service commitments to you are maintained to the very highest standards, that you have come to expect from our team at The Builders Merchant Group Ltd

Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be treated as a Monday order, except for Bank holidays.

We try to deliver all orders on our own transport, but there are times that due to the high volumes of orders being received, that we get one of our very trusted transport companies to deliver your order on our behalf, with the same level of service that we ourselves would give you.

Our deliver service covers most of UK Mainland Zones, but unfortunately there are areas/rural postcodes which we may struggle to cover, or they may have to be on an extended lead time. If your address is in one of the zones we struggle with, we will contact you.
